The wildflowers in the bushland surrounding Kurri Kurri are in bloom. Spring is a fantastic time to be in the bush. Come and join us on a short guided to walk to see some of the beautiful and special wildflowers in our area.

The walk will also feature information on the Stanford Merthyr railway on which the first full train of coal travelled in 1902

Meet: 9am atStanford MerthyrMining Memorial, Colliery St.

Cost: free Grade: easy Duration: 9.30am – finish by 12 noon Bring: Closed footwear, Sun/weather protection, morning tea, drinking water.
